Finally! I got to try it on and it fits! I am really happy and hope to finish as soon as I can!
I am a tiny bit worried about the underarm seam though. Wonder if I should add any stitches? This is my first top down sweater and still learning a lot. The next bit of it should prove to be interesting.

It looks great! If you think the underarm seam is too tight, I'd add extra stitches if I were you. I didn't need to, but have seen posts here from others that did.

Thanks! I think I'll try it on one more time to make sure about the underarms, as you can tell, um..I was a little excited last nite LOL!

Thanks for leaving a comment on my post. I had to pick up 4 stitches under the arm to make the sleeves fit me. Plus, i didn't like the idea of an extreme cap sleeve anyway. Your gable looks great. I should have made mine in brown too. :)
